Just gonna do a quick summary, sorry.

Cover story shows Franky standing in front of a house.

Shiryuu saves Blackbeard with the antidote.
Seems like Shiryuu is part of their crew.

Luffy and crew get a call from the Navy. They spill the beans on
Buggy’s past with Roger and Shanks making the small fries love
him even more, which makes Buggy estatic. In this state of ecstasy
Buggy, who had planned on not going to the execution area,
decides they will head there.

Ace is climbing a dark set of stairs remembering a promise he
made with Luffy when they were kids.
“Let’s live a life with no regrets.”
It ends with Ace coming out of the dark stairway into a bright place.
