Inoue is elated that she's gotten to go into Ichigo's room
In her mind she's imagining Ichigo wearing a suit, agonising and delighting all alone, and apologising to her brother's portrait (TN: at the altar for deceased family members in the house)
Just then, there's a telephone call from Ishida

Yuzu, Karin are eating with an awkward atmosphere hanging in the air
Karin says something slightly harsh to Yuzu
Yuzu locks herself up in her room

Just then, Ichigo heads out as well. ~Ishida's hospital room
Ishida-papa (TN: Ryuuken) appears
There is no explanation from Ryuuken. Ishida howls (TN: in pain? No details mentioned)

Ishida-papa explains the present situation to Inoue
That which cut Ishida was neither a hollow nor a shingami
But a human that had attained power

Ichigo returns alone
And he howls. "Something happened without me knowing anything..."

And then, he pulls out that card.
And makes a call to the number stated.
